Sales Support Executive on Techbuyer’s Customer Service team, acting as the main point of contact for customer queries, processing orders through the CRM, and proactively coordinating shipment logistics to ensure smooth deliveries. Responsibilities include sales order processing and data entry, maintaining high levels of customer service via phone, email, and online messaging, supporting the RMA and Logistics teams, fostering cross-team relationships, discussing order requirements with colleagues and customers, liaising with couriers, aiding the sales cycle with process improvements, verifying customer information, and managing customer feedback including escalation with eBay when needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, time management, and the ability to work under pressure, within a progressive Techbuyer environment with opportunities for training and career expansion.
