Sales Support & Demonstration Coordinator HPM DACH (all genders)

Sales Support & Demonstration Coordinator in DACH supporting field sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Responsible for managing demo systems and inventory, coordinating demonstrations with internal teams and customers, processing leases/rentals, creating stock lists and SAP reconciliations, license management and upgrades for demos, ensuring ICS SOX compliance, drafting lease agreements and reports on demo usage, conducting physical inventory checks with logistics partners, and coordinating installation planning for demo orders. Requires commercial training, strong MS-Office and English/German proficiency, customer orientation, flexibility, stress resistance, and proactive collaboration with sales operations and service teams. The role includes organizing customer events, assisting with offers and cost estimates, and supporting order processing and field service coordination. Fluency in German and English is required. Location: Hamburg, Germany. Part-time role with emphasis on organizational and administrative support within Philips’ HPM Sales Operations in the DACH region.
