Job Summary
Customer-facing role responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, guiding them through the sales and installation process, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include entering and managing leads in the CRM, scheduling consultations, coordinating with sales consultants, handling customer communications and documentation, processing payments and receipts, organizing files, and maintaining accurate project records. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, plus a willingness to learn about solar, battery storage, EV charging, and backup-power systems. The role includes some light office upkeep and participation in monthly outreach events. This is a full-time, in-office position based at the Grass Valley headquarters with standard business hours and potential overtime around outreach events.
