Job Summary
Sales Support Coordinator for Custom Apparel and Promotional Products Solutions. Responsible for supporting the sales team to grow accounts and hit targets, building relationships with customers over the phone, managing end-to-end customer accounts (quoting, invoicing, order entry, updates), keeping webstore accounts fresh with seasonal follow-ups, suggesting product promotions, and resolving issues with a calm, solutions-first mindset. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to handle payments by phone, email, or in person and contribute to general customer service and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related high-volume support role
- Ability to handle a fast workflow and respond quickly to incoming tasks and customer needs
