Job Summary
Sales Support Coordinator role to back the sales team—coordinating appointments and customer requests, maintaining a sharp sales pipeline, and updating records (Odoo, CRM) to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll coordinate calendars, respond to enquiries, support with quotes and admin, and handle light operational tasks like receipting orders, stock management, and dispatches. Collaborate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to keep interactions seamless and professional.
