Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to Managers, Attorneys, and Sales Representatives including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, and customer service functions. Responsible for maintaining sales databases and generating reports to support sales initiatives. Assists in marketing efforts and event planning, coordinates educational and training events, and delivers training to internal and external audiences. Requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on organizational skills and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the sales department/field
- Familiarity with sales database systems or software such as Salesforce
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
