Job Summary
Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with quoting, customer communication, and order processing. Responsibilities include developing accurate customer quotes, processing purchase orders, servicing multiple customers concurrently to meet deadlines, educating and assisting Sales Reps and Management, coordinating with internal departments, entering data into CRM, and providing reporting support. The role requires collaboration across teams, system navigation, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely order fulfillment. Hybrid work arrangement available at the New Brighton, MN location. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in sales support or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- HubSpot experience a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with employees at all levels, ability to build rapport
