Job Summary
Sales Support – Full Time in Sacramento, CA. Manage key customer accounts and support sales associates to ensure accurate order placement and timely follow-up; oversee the full order-to-fulfillment cycle including freight and logistics; resolve exceptions such as credit holds or inventory constraints; collaborate with Credit, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and Branch Managers to deliver complete customer solutions; communicate with customers via phone and email; support digital onboarding of customers onto the B2B platform; perform outbound calls for promotions or special projects; develop product knowledge to recommend solutions; assist with branch operations and counter sales; requires at least 2 years of customer service/sales experience and proficiency with Excel/MS Office; ability to lift up to 30 pounds; day shift with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (e-commerce and ERP experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
