Job Summary
Provide application training for Philips Mobile C-Arm in clinical settings, delivering onsite demonstrations and training; support pre-sales activities with customer demonstrations, site visits, and educational lectures; act as clinical/technical liaison with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to align qualification and demonstration strategy; manage personal training and stay up-to-date on product and system knowledge; document user competency, award Continuing Education Credits, and assess overall customer satisfaction; extensive overnight travel (80%) with some weekend travel to Canada and the USA; collaboration with sales, service teams, and customers to ensure proper system configuration and successful handovers; bilingual English/French communication required; office/home-office and hospital/healthcare environments with in-person field presence as a field role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical experience in the assigned modality or 4+ years in a field applications role
- registered MRT with CAMRT or equivalent certification
- knowledge and experience of adult teaching, training delivery, and techniques (preferred)
- sales experience or translatable skills (preferred)
- bilingual capabilities in English and French are required
- excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to travel extensively (80% overnight) and work flexible hours
- ability to wear PPE and meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for a clinical position
Additional Requirements
- Canadian work authorization is a precondition of employment
- Proximity to Ottawa, Ontario preferred
