Job Summary
Provide first-class service to Clas Fixares kunder and hantverkare for booking repair services via telefon and mejl, with upsell during calls and outreach to potential customers. Serve as central support for hantverkare and ensure daily operations. Requires driving sales conversations, understanding customer needs, asking clarifying questions, and following reglas/rutiner. Proactive mindset with ability to propose solutions while maintain professionalism and timeliness. Previous experience or interest in bygg/hantverk is meriterande but not required. The role is a tillsvidareanställning (permanent) on full-time basis, primarily on-site at the Solna office. Requirements include strong customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and effective communication in Swedish and English; consideration given to sales experience and adaptability in a changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande
- minst tre års kundrelaterad arbetslivserfarenhet
- god IT-vana
- goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
