Job Summary
Retail Sales Support assisting store leadership with customer service, order fulfilment, textbook handling, and shipping/receiving for a busy campus store. Roles include helping customers on the sales floor, maintaining displays, processing orders via phone and email, stocking textbooks, organizing back-stock, and preparing shipments. Must be able to lift up to 40lb unassisted. Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with emphasis on accurate, efficient service and store presentation.
