Job Summary
Retail Sales Support team member responsible for helping run a busy campus store environment, focusing on customer service, textbook handling, and shipping/receiving support. Responsibilities include engaging customers on the sales floor, maintaining clean displays, processing orders, stocking textbooks, organizing back-stock, and handling incoming/outgoing shipments and returns. Must be able to lift up to 40 lb and work up to 20 hours per week in a part-time capacity. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
