Job Summary
The Sales Support Associate supports the sales team and retail operations by managing customer accounts and orders. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, assisting customers, inputting orders, writing tickets, coordinating deliveries, processing confirmations, and maintaining the sales floor. Required skills include excellent customer service, communication abilities, and proficiency with office equipment. A high school diploma or GED is required, while relevant experience and familiarity with construction is preferred.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in construction or construction sales is a plus
- Familiarity with BizTrack is a plus
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess situations, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, calculators, phones, copiers, etc.
- Professional, timely, and considerate with excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate and manage a cash register accurately
- Process large amounts of information
