Job Summary
Sales Support Associate III at Coach (Tapestry) supports store operations and brand experience: greet clients with warmth, assist customers, operate POS and handle cash, process shipments and transfers, maintain stockroom and planogram updates, replenish stock, execute visual merchandising changes, respond to customer requests, promote add-on products and gift cards, and support social media engagement while upholding Loss Prevention standards. Requires retail experience, fashion awareness, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent customer service; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons; proficiency with cash handling, POS systems, iPad/laptop use, and price/product release sheets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
