Job Summary
Retail Sales Support role for a luxury fashion brand in Calgary. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, providing personalized assistance, serving as a brand ambassador, operating POS and maintaining the cash wrap, processing shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom cleanliness, replenishing the sales floor, executing visual merchandising updates, responding to customer requests, and upholding Loss Prevention guidelines. Requires 1+ retail experience, knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Describes training and competencies for all employees and emphasizes brand values and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Knowledge of cash register systems
- Basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Walkie talkie proficiency
- Ability to read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU)
