Job Summary
Sales Support Associate III at Coach (Tapestry) in Woodburn, OR: provide warm, professional client services at the cash wrap, maintain the sales floor, assist with stock receipt and merchandising, process shipments and transfers, and support social media engagement. Responsibilities include operating POS, handling cash and media per policy, suggesting add-ons and gift cards, capturing customer information, maintaining stockroom organization, replenishing the floor, and upholding Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards. Requires 1+ retail experience (preferably luxury), knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), strong attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and customer service, and strong English proficiency. Schedule flexibility to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and peak periods. Base pay range in the US is provided as $15.00-$21.75 per hour, translated here to annualized minimum $31,200 and maximum $45,240. This role is part-time and located in Woodburn, Oregon, USA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, etc.) preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work NIGHTS, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic days (schedule flexibility)
- Strong English language proficiency (EU note applies in description)
