Job Summary
Sales Support Associate II at Coach supports store operations and customer service, including greeting clients, assisting at the cash wrap, processing shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom organization, replenishing stock and updating visual merchandising, promoting add-on products and gift cards, capturing customer information where permitted, and collaborating with team/management. The role requires familiarity with POS systems, cash handling according to policy, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Schedule is flexible, including nights and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to perform merchandising and housekeeping duties per Loss Prevention guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.)
- Knowledge of cash register systems
- Basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU)
