Job Summary
Manage communication flow from sales back into internal functional teams, including Supply Chain, RD&A, and Regulatory. Track and respond to CRM requests, quotes, sample orders, and opportunity updates while maintaining leads and customer master data in Salesforce and SAP. Facilitate credit collection support, prepare local sales import documents, and coordinate team meetings and S&OP probability updates. Cover the sales team during travel or out-of-office periods and represent Commercial in cross-functional meetings. Requires degree in Food Engineering, two years in the food sector, and fluency in Turkish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Good Turkish Language (spoken and written)
- Good English Language (spoken and written)
- Good clerical and administration skills
- Good organizational skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the flavour, ingredients and foodservice sector
Desired Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Food Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem Solving: Ability to drive resolution to problems and issues in an expedient fashion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful conditions
- Know-how on advanced software, systems and IT tools
