Job Summary
Sales Support Assistant role focusing on pipeline prospecting, targeted outreach campaigns, CRM data integrity, and event/market engagement to generate high-quality leads and enable measurable pipeline growth. Requires data analytics, stakeholder management, digital marketing, CRM utilisation (HubSpot), content authoring, and familiarity with AI/automation tools to improve targeting and outreach efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data quality, planning and supporting events and trade shows, and delivering insight-led outreach to connect Beano Brain insights with priority clients.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Data Analytics - Applies established analytical techniques to extract insight from CRM and campaign data.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management - Builds effective working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Digital Marketing - Executes targeted digital outreach campaigns, applying segmentation and personalisation to improve response rates and lead quality.
- IT Operations / CRM Utilisation - Uses CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to manage data, track activity, and ensure process compliance.
- Information Content Authoring - Creates clear, concise, and tailored outreach content aligned to audience needs and commercial objectives.
- Emerging Technology Monitoring - Identifies and applies AI and automation tools to improve research, outreach, and campaign efficiency, within defined guidelines.
