Job Summary
Sales Support & Replenishment Specialist focused on coordinating inventory, pricing, and orders for a Los Angeles-based office. Responsibilities include communicating product availability, managing orders with Sales Management, Cold Storage, Logistics, and Accounting; assisting with food safety programs and customer compliance; monitoring aging receivables and communicating about out-of-term invoices; responding to inquiries; gathering market and customer information; coordinating with suppliers on order progress; verifying stock quantities; generating quotations and rapid cost calculations; managing outside cooler inventory; coordinating trucking and dispatch; handling sales order entry via Famous and retail systems; updating attachments and shipping documents through UPS; and utilizing Excel and other programs (EDI, iTrade, Foodlink, Retail Link) to support sales operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Famous software and Excel
- Bilingual with English-Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
