Job Summary
Triage inbound client inquiries and collaborate with internal parties to resolve all items. Communicate effectively with internal and external banking partners while assisting in implementing fraud prevention and reconciliation services for current and new clients. Maintain customer account activity by processing deposits, payments, and other banking transactions, and identify trends to recommend process improvements. Escalate complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary. This hybrid role in Lancaster, PA supports the Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund brand, offering ample professional growth within PTMA Financial Solutions' public sector treasury and liquidity management services.
