Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for an HVAC-focused call-center role (remote from Mexico) responsible for turning inbound calls into booked HVAC service appointments, maintaining a full schedule, and selling maintenance memberships. Key duties include answering inbound calls, converting inquiries to appointments, scheduling based on technician availability, offering maintenance memberships, handling objections, logging activity in the CRM, following call scripts, providing light dispatch support to coordinate the technician’s daily schedule, and contributing to process improvements. Requires 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, strong English, organization, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to work independently from home; remote setup (computer, headset, reliable internet) is required. Nice-to-have experience in HVAC or home services and with Housecall Pro or similar field-service software.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or a call center
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, friendly phone presence
- Comfortable selling and handling objections without being pushy
- Highly organized and accurate with notes and data entry
- Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently from home
- A reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet
- Quick to learn new tools and software
