Job Summary
Oversee the customer service department, Inside Sales and Broker representatives; assist with development and implementation of reporting procedures; promote standard operating procedures to ensure an efficient, environmentally responsible and safe workplace; ensure sales programs are implemented; develop, motivate, and manage sales staff; prepare bids, sales reports, and revenue tracking; interact with customers and regulatory agencies; requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of direct management experience, with strong communication, computer, and organizational skills; call-center management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 3 years directly related management expertise
- Previous Sales Supervision experience
- Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
- Management experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
