Job Summary
Lead and develop the inside sales team for Truck & Domestic Performance at Turn 14 Distribution in Ferndale, MI. Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance reviews; driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction; executing key initiatives and cross-functional programs; building market and product knowledge; and ensuring effective team performance through mentorship and strategic coaching. The role requires proven sales leadership, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on wholesale automotive aftermarket sales.
Required Qualifications
