Job Summary
Sales Supervisor role overseeing store goals and leading the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience, driving customer retention through engagement and relationships, and contributing to an in-store technology-led experience. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy and cycle counts, tracking BOH fulfillment and loss prevention, onboarding new hires, coaching existing staff, delivering training and customer experience programs, and providing real-time and weekly feedback to store leadership on sales, product, and allocation. Candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to store operations and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
