Sales Supervisor ( Syria)

Monitor sales indicators daily, drive team morale, and communicate with all booth managers to oversee all sales activities in the exhibition hall. Update performance reports for booth managers and submit them monthly to direct management. Generate new ideas to support sales representatives in continuously improving the sales process. Record customer and client information while maintaining dedicated files. Maintain the management system, prepare relevant reports, and plan exhibition halls and sales points in alignment with company policies. Requires a university degree, at least two years of sales experience (preferably in perfumes and essential oils), good Turkish language skills, and residence in Istanbul.
