Job Summary
Lead the sales floor with energy and a client-first mindset, driving team performance to meet store revenue goals while consistently exceeding individual sales targets. Build authentic relationships through personalized service, styling recommendations, and loyalty-building activities, handling client concerns with empathy to ensure positive resolutions. Supervise associates during shifts, providing real-time feedback, coaching on productivity goals, and identifying development opportunities to foster a high-performing culture. Support daily operations by executing opening/closing procedures, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts. Collaborate with Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to streamline processes, assist with online order support, and execute store events. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods like Black Friday and the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability during peak business periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and the holiday season through mid-January
- A willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and initiatives as needed by the store's management team
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a client-facing sales role preferred
- Passionate about designer fashion, luxury brands, trends, and sustainability
- Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining a high standard of service and integrity
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly, including POS, and retail technology platforms
- Reliable, accountable, and proactive with excellent judgment and attention to detail
