Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Sales team. You’ll be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets monthly and annually, developing end users in the tools industry, and maintaining positive relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors to grow the sales and distribution network in the assigned territory. You will implement the company’s sales, products, and marketing policies to channel partners and end users, assist the marketing department with promotions such as road shows, and contribute product development proposals. You’ll also keep close control on AR and work within a global company framework that values learning and development through resources like Lean Academy and Coursera. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, 7+ years of related sales or channel management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive growth across Stanley Black & Decker’s brands (e.g., STANLEY TOOLS, DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, MAC TOOLS, Black + Decker). Required Qualifications
