Sales Supervisor- Retail

Sales Supervisor at Spartina 449 assists the Store Manager in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store productivity goals, analyzes sales performance (week to date, period to date, year to date), and develops action plans to drive sales. Responsible for payroll budgeting alignment, ensuring the team’s skills are utilized, recruiting to maintain full staffing, supervising store operations for consistency and compliance, and maintaining a positive staff and customer experience. Must have prior retail management experience, be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule. Key duties include customer service excellence, merchandising and maintaining store standards, handling front-end responsibilities (cashier, returns, online order pick up in store), coaching employees, ensuring deposits and accounting procedures are followed, and staying current on store policies, systems, product knowledge, and financials.
