Job Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting the Sales Manager/GM in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating sales activities for a division to maximize profitable growth. Includes coaching and training of sales staff, ride-alongs for coaching, assisting in business strategies, supervising sales professionals, implementing pricing initiatives, assisting with new client solicitation and retention strategies, managing CRM-driven activity, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Requires a driven, high-energy, professional with strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills, and a focus on customer service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two or more years of progressive experience in a sales role, including experience training, mentoring, coaching, setting standards and/or acting as a resource for others
- Valid driver’s license
