Job Summary
Lead Sales Associates to meet store sales goals and uphold service standards, acting as a store-management extension to motivate the team, coach on clienteling and product knowledge, and ensure a service-centric floor. Responsibilities include driving sales, growing and managing clientele, partnering with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, opening/closing the store, maintaining policy adherence, supporting inventory control and POS transactions, resolving conflicts, tracking business results, and fostering a positive, client-centric store atmosphere in alignment with rag & bone brand philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment.
