Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store and coach staff on YATD techniques to ensure they provide trusted fashion advice. Actively inspire visual journeys by tailoring layout, merchandising, and window displays to reflect the local market, while embedding the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care into the in-store ethos. Manage payroll spend within budget, ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed to protect the brand, and support the Store Manager to achieve strong visual execution and sales growth. Recognize team members for excellent customer experiences and actively support charities to ensure positive local impact.
