Supervisor role in a UK New Look store focused on delivering an omnichannel customer journey with exemplary service. Lead and coach the in-store team on customer engagement, visual merchandising, and brand standards; embed the Service Promise Easy/Smile/Care; drive store performance through KPI awareness, payroll efficiency, and adherence to SOPs; nurture development and succession, champion diversity and inclusion, and support community initiatives. Responsible for ensuring store operations, health and safety, and compliant retail practices while leveraging knowledge of omnichannel capabilities to unify in-store and online shopping experiences.
