Job Summary
Lead the team to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey by coaching staff on YATD techniques, observing sales interactions, and tailoring in-store visual layouts to reflect local markets. Actively manage daily operations by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are followed, executing activities to maximize conversion and minimize markdowns, and effectively deploying staff to meet customer needs. Support the Store Manager in achieving profit growth through informed decisions based on omnichannel and commercial data while managing payroll spend within budget. Recognize team members for excellent performance, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and ensure all legal and health & safety compliance is maintained.
