Job Summary
Supervisor leading omnichannel customer journeys in a New Look store (York). Develops and coaches a team to deliver seamless in-store and online customer experiences, using YATD techniques, responsible for visual merchandising, layout, and mannequins to reflect local market, embedding the Service Promise (Easy/Smile/Care), collecting customer feedback, implementing KIND initiatives, and driving store growth through effective deployment, performance recognition, and adherence to SOPs. Strong focus on customer-centric leadership, team development, brand values, store standards, and contributing to profit growth while maintaining compliance and healthy payroll management. Previous retail experience is desirable. The role emphasizes coaching a high-performing omnichannel team and delivering a great customer experience.
