Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store and coach them on YATD techniques to ensure they give trusted advice and recommendations. Actively inspire visual journeys by tailoring layout, merchandising, and mannequins to reflect the local market, while embedding the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care into the in-store ethos. Manage payroll spend within budget, ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and support the Store Manager to achieve strong visual execution and profit growth by maximising sales opportunities. Recognise team members for fantastic customer experiences and actively support charities to ensure positive local impact.
