Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store and coach staff on YATD techniques to ensure they give advice and recommendations that customers trust. Actively inspire visual journeys in store by tailoring layout, merchandising, windows, and mannequins to reflect the local market and customer needs. Embed the Service Promise of Easy/Smile/Care into the in-store ethos, capture customer feedback through VOTC, and support the deployment of the team to meet customer requirements. Recognize team members for delivering a fantastic customer experience and share successes across the Territory. Work with the Deputy/Store Manager to create an environment where team engagement is optimized, wellbeing initiatives are led, and Standard Operating Procedures are consistently followed. Utilize Omnichannel customer data and commercial reports to highlight opportunities for sales growth, markdown reduction, and profit maximization while adhering to legal operational compliance. Manage payroll spend within budget and company guidelines, ensuring the store environment remains safe for customers and colleagues.
