Job Summary
Develop the team to deliver a seamless Omnichannel Customer journey within store and coach staff on YATD techniques to build customer trust. Actively inspire visual journeys in store by tailoring layout, merchandising, and mannequins to reflect the local market. Manage payroll spend within budget, ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and support the Store Manager to achieve strong visual execution and profit growth. Recognize team members for excellent customer experiences and capture feedback through VOTC to highlight opportunities for improvement.
