Job Summary

Supervisor role to lead an omnichannel customer journey across in-store and online experiences. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team on customer-facing techniques (YATD), inspiring visual journeys (merchandising, windows, mannequins) to reflect the local market, embedding the brand's Service Promise (Easy/Smile/Care), gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement, supporting KIND initiatives, deploying the team to meet customer needs, recognizing high performers, and contributing to local community impact. Key skills include coaching, team leadership, visual merchandising, customer service excellence, KPI awareness, payroll and budget awareness, health and safety compliance, diversity and inclusion, adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, and strong communication to drive store performance and brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or supervisory role preferred
