Job Summary
Lead and develop a field sales team to execute the sales strategy and achieve KPIs for the assigned area; manage customer relationships to drive best-in-class execution of categories, collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales capability, activation, finance, account team) to deliver activation, reporting, and annual plan targets; coach team on category tools, drive training through the capability team, and create/manage an annual business unit plan to deliver revenue growth and reporting; required experience in sales, strong organizational/analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and willingness to travel.
