Job Summary

Sales Supervisor role leading a field sales representative team in Vietnam to execute Mondelēz’s sales strategy, deliver annual KPIs, develop and motivate the team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable best-in-industry category execution. Responsibilities include creating and managing an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue targets, training and coaching the team, providing reporting on KPI performance, leveraging category tools and insights, and working with stakeholders such as account teams, activation, sales capability, and customer finance to maximize return across the area. Requires strong sales knowledge, negotiation skills, leadership ability, and effective communication and collaboration to drive growth within the market and ensure successful execution of the annual plan.
