Job Summary
Sales Supervisor leads and develops the store team to achieve sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include coaching and developing associates, assisting with payroll, enforcing policies and procedures, collaborating with Store Manager/Assistant Manager, driving client outreach, maintaining brand standards, managing store operations, and ensuring loss prevention practices. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to meet performance expectations, with emphasis on customer engagement, styling/wardrobing, and maintaining company standards in a luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience
