Job Summary
Sales Supervisor role responsible for leading Sales Associates to meet sales goals and uphold service standards, acting as an on-floor leader and a bridge to store management. Responsibilities include delivering best-in-class client service, driving clienteling initiatives, achieving store metrics, growing and managing clientele, product knowledge dissemination to staff, coordinating with Visual Merchandising on floor sets, ensuring opening/closing procedures, maintaining policy compliance, and contributing to inventory accuracy. The role requires 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment and is a full-time position with hourly pay in the $20–$23 range plus potential commissions, at a San Francisco location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge is preferred but not required
