Job Summary
Sales Supervisor leading store sales to consistently meet/exceed goals, inspiring the team to drive clientele and customer retention, delivering a customer-first in-store experience, contributing to a technology-led experience, maintaining high service evaluation scores (NPS), acting as a brand ambassador, managing inventory controls including cycle counts and inbound/outbound flow, tracking BOH fulfillment and allocation, supporting loss prevention, maintaining store procedures and weekly workflows, and onboarding/training staff while contributing to merchandising, product feedback, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
