Job Summary
Full-time Sales Lead in an elevated luxury/ premium retail setting (Reformation) responsible for driving sales, achieving SPH and KPI targets, and building long-term client relationships. The role includes operating as a keyholder with opening/closing duties, leading the sales floor, coaching team, and ensuring store standards. You will develop a private book of business, conduct stylist consultations, manage clienteling via Endear, deliver high-quality customer experiences, and convey the brand’s sustainability and product authority messages. The position emphasizes strategic styling, client retention, and leadership in store operations while maintaining compliance with loss prevention and visual merchandising guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, sales-driven or commission-based luxury/premium retail environment with a history of hitting or exceeding SPH and personal sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to build rapport
- Wardrobe expertise and ability to edit collections for clients based on body type, occasion, and personal style
- Self-starter mentality and drive to treat the role as a career
- Ability to generate and manage a personal client database and conduct proactive outreach
