Job Summary

Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Representatives, drive performance and coaching, and align with sales strategies to improve customer experience. Responsibilities include setting performance goals with the Sales Manager, coaching and motivating staff, conducting call quality reviews, communicating marketing goals, handling escalations, maintaining CRM usage, performing HR duties (performance reviews, onboarding, coaching plans), and contributing to program and process improvements. Requires prior supervisory experience in sales, CRM proficiency, strong communication and leadership skills, and a university degree or college diploma with a preference for business-focused education. Role based in Woodstock, Ontario, with on-site hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience leading commission based Sales Representatives; experience within a contact centre setting considered an asset
  • Experience creating sales campaigns, and analyzing sales results
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a Windsows PC environment, combined with demonstrated keyboarding and data entry abilities; above average skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • University Degree or College Diploma, with a focus in business preferred
  • Valid Class G Driver’s Licence and your own reliable vehicle
