Job Summary
Sales Supervisor at AMIRI Beverly Center delivers quality client service, drives store sales and profitability, and supervises the store team. Responsibilities include achieving KPI targets (Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, Average Dollar per Transaction), maintaining a welcoming client-focused environment across in-person and digital channels, leveraging product knowledge to engage clients, resolving client issues with management, participating in floor moves and merchandising, assisting with packing/wrapping, contributing to inventory and cycle counts, and handling opening/closing procedures as a Keyholder. Requires 2+ years of luxury retail experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment
