Job Summary
Contribute to overall store success by ensuring sales goals are met while driving revenue through styling, wardrobing, and client outreach. Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including recruiting, training, coaching associates, and managing payroll to achieve maximum productivity. Enforce company policies, lead loss prevention audits, and execute directives from Visual Merchandising and Operations to maintain brand standards. Represent the brand in all customer and peer interactions while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. Requires weekend and night shifts, standing for entire work hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail
- at least 1 year of supervisor experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong time management skills
- Able to meet performance expectations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
