Job Summary
Sales Stylist role focused on directing and executing customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations to drive financial growth and brand equity. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service using the 3C’s of Success (Connect, Consult & Close), meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals, complying with cash handling, security, and loss prevention programs, assisting with stock replenishment and security tagging, aiding in pricing and maintaining store appearance per visual standards, and supporting RFID-enabled inventory processes. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lift up to 40 pounds, and leverage basic tech skills (iOS, device troubleshooting). Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
