Job Summary
Conduct market and prospecting research to analyze local media landscapes and build qualified client lists. Maintain data integrity within Salesforce by auditing records and implementing validation processes. Build operational dashboards and support reporting needs using Excel and BI tools to surface key performance trends. Support the rollout of sales tools by creating guides, centralizing resources, and coordinating internal communications for the Revenue team. Proactively identify workflow optimizations and assist with ad hoc strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or a business/analytical support role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to work with formulas, pivot tables and data sets)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
- A sharp eye for detail and data accuracy
